We are currently seeking a Canadian Public Sector Management Consultant to join our team in British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA). This is a REMOTE BC-based role (preferred locations Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton).

Your role as a Canadian Public Sector Management Consultant is integral to our mission of delivering superior consulting services that enable provincial government ministries to achieve operational excellence and drive sustainable growth.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

1. Analyze, define standards and optimize business processes.
2. Business Requirements Definition— Discover, analyze, define, and document the requirements related to specific business objectives.
3. Lead and support the process of organizing and managing change to achieve forecasted benefits.
4. Analyze and develop the design, structure, and behavior of the current and future states of an enterprise.
5. Facilitate the design, development, and deployment of robust business models and operating models.
6. Lead and facilitate the design, development, and deployment of service management frameworks and models.
7. Support clients with business transformation initiatives.
8. Develop Strategic Plans and Roadmaps for Digital Transformation and other objectives.
9. Develop logic models and evaluation frameworks for program efficiency assessment.
10. Create communication and presentation materials for senior executive audiences.

Required Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of business consulting experience.
2. 5+ years of Public Sector business consulting experience.
3. 2+ years of experience as a technology project manager.
4. Experience with funding requests and government capital acquisition processes.
5. Experience in strategic planning of transformation projects.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with Enterprise IT Architecture.
2. Familiarity with Organizational Communications and Change Management.
3. Experience with Public Sector Procurement.
4. PMI certification.
