We are currently seeking a Canadian Public Sector Management Consultant to join our team in British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada. This is a REMOTE BC-based role (preferred locations Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton).

Once You Are Here, You Will:
- Analyze, define standards and optimize business processes, including designing new and redesigning existing business processes to generate improvements in performance measures.
- Business Requirements Definition— Discover, analyze, define, and document the requirements related to specific business objectives.
- Analysis of Business Benefits and Benefits Realization— Lead and support the process of organizing and managing so that investment in change achieves the forecasted benefits.
- Business Architecture Analysis and Design— Analyze and develop the design, structure, and behavior of the current and future states of an enterprise.
- Organizational Design— Facilitate the design, development and deployment of robust business models and operating models.
- Develop Service Management Frameworks/Models— Lead and facilitate the design, development and deployment of service management frameworks and models.
- Business Transformation Support— Support clients with business transformation initiatives.
- Strategic Planning— Including development of Strategic Plans and Roadmaps.
- Business Program Evaluation— Develop logic models and evaluation frameworks.
- New Program Development— Including developing Program scope and approach.
- Prepare Communication and Presentation Material— Create material suitable for senior executive audiences.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of business consulting experience involving diverse technology and senior management stakeholder communities.
- 5+ years of Public Sector business consulting experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a technology project manager leading major projects.
- Experience with support of funding requests including business case and government capital acquisition processes.
- Experience in the strategic planning of transformation projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Enterprise IT Architecture.
- Familiarity with Organizational Communications and Change Management.
- Experience with Public Sector Procurement.
- CMC designation.
- PMI certification.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $118,000-$198,000 CAD.
