(CAN) Senior Analyst, Business Analysis And Insights

Position Summary: The role is responsible for working closely with SSC and Field Operation & Store Operations team members for the analysis of data observed in the Store Fulfilled Order Control Tower and actions needed while running the Control Tower. The individual will monitor data on a daily basis and support and action tasks and requests that ensure an order remains on the happy path in order to deliver a Perfect Order for our customer. They must work closely with these various stakeholders to understand the evolving information and take action while operating in an AGILE manner.

What you'll do:

1. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business partners to identify challenges, process improvements, and provide data to drive operations decisions. This includes summarizing and presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
2. Data Management: Intricately understand the various data systems and databases that exist in the Walmart network. This includes monitoring source databases and end user reports to ensure data accuracy.
3. Data Extraction and Visualization: Query data and build data visualizations of varying degrees of complexity in tools like Tableau, Tableau Prep, SQL, and GCP. The data visualization should be updated in an automated way at varying frequencies – hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
4. AGILE (SCRUM): Manage the execution of job responsibilities in a bi-weekly sprint operated in a SCRUM fashion. This includes story creation, acceptance criteria management, story management, and proper story pointing.
5. Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with SSC and field operations stakeholders to intake their data needs, and subsequently build a tangible requirements document that translates business requirements into a data spec document.
6. Perfect Order KPI Management: Support the creation and validation of key performance indicators for OMNI Operations. Obtain current available data to create a standardized reporting process that can be utilized nationally for central operations, as well as ensure full automation of all KPI metrics and reports.
7. Training and Onboarding: Work closely with target audiences of reports and dashboards in order to train these users on how to extract information and insights from the various tools built for them.
