Location: Toronto, Ontario

Duration: 6 months (Extension possible)

Work Type: Hybrid (In office 2 days a week)

Pay Range: C$80 - C$95/Hr

Job Description:

• Responsible for end-to-end architectural solutions for applications that are normally categorized as medium to high complexity.
• Design applications that may run on multiple platforms and be composed of multiple software packages.
• Perform critical evaluation and selection of software and hardware components of the application and prepare for the development of the application by evaluation and selection of development methodologies and tools.
• Responsible for the performance, availability, and scalability of applications.
• Consults with clients to refine applications and to meet with customer regulation management.

Skills:

• Previous data modeling experience as well as experience developing systems in a team environment. Business unit or vertical experience.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of B2B tenant solutions.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating scalable and secure Microsoft 365 environments that meet the needs of our business partners.
• This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related technologies, with a specific focus on B2B solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 B2B tenant solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related services.
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team and other departments.
• Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of Microsoft 365 B2B tenant solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 B2B tenant services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates, particularly those relevant to B2B solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 B2B tenant solutions and processes.

Must have:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect or similar role, with a focus on B2B tenant solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related technologies.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements for Microsoft 365 B2B tenant solutions.
• Agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with hybrid environments and migration to Microsoft 365.
• Experience in designing and implementing B2B tenant solutions.
