(CAN) Electronic Department Manager

Position Summary: Provides leadership in a highly specialized product area of the Store. Coaches, trains and delegates to highly specialized associates.

What you'll do:

1. Standard CBWA to a key product area. Coaching, training, and delegating tasks.
2. Review supply/fixture inventory.
3. Review CPP/FSS and plan for upcoming feature sets.
4. Plan modulars four weeks out.
5. Review store clearance plans.
6. Integrate store plans with OMNI planning and requirements.
7. Promote charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offering.
8. Product Launches: In-store product launch of high complexity, training/advising other areas of the store as necessary.
