Location

This is a remote/hybrid position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in Canada. If you are located in Ottawa, Canada you will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in office.

About the team

The Campaign Marketer is responsible for planning, organizing, executing and measuring efficient and effective campaigns and account-specific marketing programs. In this position, the individual will play a pivotal role in developing plans that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities to drive pipeline creation and acceleration for the sales team within their specific segments/target accounts and contacts.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing, this position will lead, build and monitor multi-touch marketing plans including both inbound and outbound tactics and will act as the liaison between marketing, solutions marketing, and sales. The role will require close collaboration with the creative and content teams and regional field marketing teams to ensure programs are designed to penetrate key target segments and accounts.

What you will do

  • Design and execute 1-2-few, multi-channel marketing campaigns to target key accounts and segments ensuring all marketing programs align to our corporate vision, go to market priorities, themes and brand guidelines.
  • Leverage insights into content and tactic preference by persona and sales stages to deliver the right program and content at the right time with a focus on buyer journey and selected personas.
  • Tailor programs and messaging to align to prospect, customer, and industry-specific initiatives, business objectives or unique challenges including proactive engagement with sales to optimize the impact of all marketing activities.
  • Manage demand requests for ad-hoc marketing requests and needs of the sales team to support account based selling initiatives and track and report on the key account metrics and outcomes of these efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to determine sales requirements for prospect engagement, and craft marketing content that supports the sales process including sales interaction with key target accounts.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and to inform future program design.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms (6Sense, LinkedIn, Highspot, Salesforce) to build, launch and track campaigns, manage lead nurturing workflows and measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in campaign and ABM marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to drive results and differentiate the brand.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • 5 years’ progressive work experience including experience B2B marketing with a focus on account-based marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms and experience with account-based marketing tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, including campaign performance measurement and optimization.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
