The Campaign Coordinator oversees the campaign office and ensures the smooth functioning of the administrative side of the fundraising team. This is a critical support role that works with staff, volunteers, and consultants.
The ideal candidate is an experienced administrator who is familiar with fundraising in the university environment with a strong attention to detail. You have experience working with high-net-worth individuals and business leaders. You possess strong interpersonal skills, relationship building skills, and can multi-task in a busy environment. You have a strong focus on proactive client service supporting the team in the forefront and behind the scenes.
QualificationsPost-secondary certificate or diploma in administration, office management or equivalent plus a minimum of three years of related experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. High level of comfort and competence with MS Office suite of software - particularly Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Comfortable updating web content through a content management system is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information is required. Competence with Raiser's Edge and RENXT (or similar CRM software) preferred. Experience with graphic design is an asset.
