Job description

The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable using various customer management systems.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service
  • Proficiency in computer systems and customer management software
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional support
  • Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and troubleshooting issues
  • Document interactions and update customer records in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude to enhance the overall service experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction

Fulltime, Onsite

6 month temporary duration

$20-$25/hr
