KPMG’s Finance Transformation Advisory Practice helps organizations maximize efficiencies and drive business value across the enterprise. We help our clients to strengthen and transform their finance/accounting operations by improving transparency, information integrity and governance to increase profitability and drive business insights. With a global network of professionals working in KPMG member firms around the world, Finance Transformation collaborates closely with CFOs and other finance/accounting leaders and empowers them to become insightful business partners. We focus on a variety of areas surrounding our “Finance of the Future” vision to drive strategy and implementation across finance/accounting operations optimization, target operating model design, finance technology selection and technology enabled transformation, and regulatory compliance transformation. We are trusted advisors in budgeting, forecasting, period close/consolidation, project accounting, managerial accounting, reporting and analytics, and all other areas of finance transformation including ERP & EPM systems.
The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice works with finance functions to empower them to become more insightful and true business partners. We are trusted advisors in budgeting, planning and forecasting, close and consolidation, reporting and analytics with a particular focus on designing and implementing technology solutions to enable these processes.
The Operations team at KPMG supports clients in the Financial Services sector (Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity, Pensions), the Public Sector (Healthcare, Human and Social Services, Government, Education, Non-Profits) and the Technology, Media and Telecommunication sectors with a range of services: strategic planning, growth & omni-channel strategy, evaluation and assessments, program reviews, assurance services, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process improvement/redesign, cost optimization/value realization and accounting/regulatory change programs. As part of the Operations team, you will help clients perform current situation assessments/diagnostics, visioning/target state design as well as develop roadmaps and support implementation.
