BW Designer

Qualification & Experience:

1. University degree in computer science or related discipline and/or several years of experience working on large-scale information technology projects or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
2. SAP BW / SAP BW on HANA / HANA certification or equivalent training is an asset
3. Hands-on experience in creating enhancements through customizations to extend standard business content or developing custom BW Objects
4. 5+ years of experience of test methodologies and test experience in all facets of testing (unit, functional, integration, system, regression, performance and user acceptance testing)
5. 5+ years of experience in developing and executing unit and integration tests, analysing results and documenting test results
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Leadership skills and strong ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Technical Capabilities:

1. 5+ years of full life cycle SAP BW development including version 7.5 or above; BOBJ 4.2; Design Studio 1.6; Portal 7.5; Composition Environment 7.5; NWDI 7.5; Lumira 2.0 or higher and SBP 1.0
2. Hands-on experience with BW/HANA objects (Advanced DSO's, Open ODS Views & Composite Providers)
3. Hands-on experience in transporting BWoH components across the landscape
4. 5+ years of experience with BEx development for data provisioning to BO BI tools
5. 5+ years of experience in debugging/troubleshooting SAP Business Warehouse defects and incidents
6. Hands-on experience working with ABAP to develop BW enhancements
7. 5+ years of experience in SQL query development and optimization
