Responsibilities

1. Participate in the development and management of a multi-million dollar purchasing budget.
2. Elaborate a consistent, tasteful home product assortment that aligns with our brand image.
3. Implement business strategies to boost inventory productivity, increase company profitability, and maximize sales activities.
4. Conduct ongoing market studies and analyses to identify customer needs and effectively meet them.
5. Build long-lasting relationships with our international suppliers through various seasonal business trips.

1. Hold a bachelor's degree.
2. Have a strong interest in fashion, ideally in home fashion.
3. Possess a passion for products and a strong commercial awareness.
4. Master business management principles.
5. Be highly comfortable analyzing numbers and data.
6. Exhibit natural leadership and the ability to mobilize teams.
7. Be able to communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing, to interact appropriately with international suppliers.
