PwC Canada is sourcing for a Business Transition Analyst Consultant, for our Canadian Federal Government client account, on a 5-year Master Contract.

Location: Hybrid, at the discretion of the client or Gatineau at Place du Portage.

Security Clearance: Reliability (Level I)

Objective: Support the design, development, testing, implementation of the SAP system business requirements.

Project description: The Business Transition Analyst will support the SAP Team Lead, and Material Management (SAP MM) Configuration Teams, offering excellent knowledge and experience with the Government of Canada’s procurement policies and directives. The Business Transition Analyst must be able to recommend changes to existing business processes in order to comply with Proactive Disclosure. In addition, the Business Transition Analyst will ideally offer knowledge and experience with SAP ARIBA in ECC configuration and customization.

The eligible candidate must submit a resume demonstrating 10 years (120 Months) of experience with providing the following task and duties, among others:

  • Participate in defining business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
  • Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities;
  • Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions related to change management;
  • Liaise with user organizations to identify and document both benefits and negative impacts associated with rollout and use of large information management systems;
  • Provide support with the development of business case proposals for extensions expansions to meet new business requirements or for rollout to new users;
  • Develop and deliver the communication plan;
  • Prepare, review and align communications material for the targeted audiences, as per the approved communication plan or strategy;
  • Provide support with the preparation of training materials to address change management issues; and,
  • Provide knowledge transfer to departmental personnel on an on-going basis.

Preference will be considered for applications offering experience with the following:

• SAP MM (Material Management)

• E-Procurement Solution (EPS)

• ARIBA

• Bilingualism (French & English)
