Reporting to the Manager, Chamber Administration, the Business Technical Specialist is the primary liaison between Chambers Plan administration team members and the Information Technology team. As the successful candidate, you will oversee system changes, manage projects and handle all testing and troubleshooting of information from IT.
In addition, you will be the administrative process specialist and trainer for Chambers Plan. As the administration team’s main point of contact, you will receive and handle requests that relate to system issues reported to IT. You will train new employees as required and facilitate cross-training or process-changing sessions. You will support staff after process and program changes, work on special projects as assigned, and assist administration teams as required.
