Business Systems Analyst

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Pay range: C$53 - 63/hr
Work Type: hybrid- 2 days on site
Location: Toronto, ON

Job Summary:

• Document the requirements to build data quality controls by reading SQL codes written by other team members.
• Explain the requirements to the lead business analyst on the project.
• Adhere to governance and documentation requirements explained by the lead Business Analyst.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis by writing SQL codes.
• Lead the requirements gathering ask within the business.
• Provide leadership and work collaboratively with stakeholders, including project SMs and technology partners, to support project benefits.
• Lead a diverse range of stakeholders; communicate effectively by adapting style and technique to a diverse audience.
• Able to deliver strong quality results within tight timelines.
• Adhere to timelines and able to perform in stress situations.

Must Have

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
• Basic knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in the production of drawings and models.
• SQL coding experience (reading/writing code) - 8-10 years experience required.
