Job Description

Position Type: Part-time 4 Month Contract

  • Work closely with Sr. Manager, Business Operations on the following projects: The Canadian Shield Tournament execution, weekly business operations meetings, 2025 season launch for the Toronto Argonauts.
  • Work closely with Sr Manager of Business Operations, Game Presentation, and Marketing to prepare for the Canadian Shield tournament, Toronto FC Summer Games and Toronto Argonauts season kick off.
  • Coordinate closely with Canada Soccer, participating national teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Provide day-to-day support to business operations leadership, assisting with project management, reporting, and logistics.
  • Track and support execution of operational timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and post-event debriefs.
  • Manage matchday logistics, including dressing rooms, team arrivals, credentials, signage, and international protocol.
  • Assist in the execution of game day readiness, activations, and promotions.
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as required.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
  • A passion for sports, events, and delivering world-class fan experiences.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
