Job Description

As a Business Operation Manager at Liang Commercial, your responsibilities will include:

• Content Marketing, AI Content Generation, and AI Video Production
• Social Media and Online Marketing
• AI Applications for Business Systems and Processes
• Website Optimization, Maintenance, and Design
• Google Analytics and Google Ads Optimization
• Listing Uploads, Brochure Preparation, Contract Reviews, and Deal Management
• Providing Training and Managing a Sales Team
• Maintaining English and Chinese Websites, Preparing Ads, and Managing Social Media Accounts in Both Languages
• Other Office Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

• New Graduate from a post-secondary institution with a bachelor or master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Social Media, Marketing, or related fields
• Research and prepare content marketing information
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and quick to identify solutions to various concerns
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, experience in database management, statistical analysis, and good at math
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin), strong writing skills in both languages
