Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of self and team
  • Act as a role model and ambassador in relation to the company's values and our code of conduct
  • Drive growth of the underground capital business in both key underground market segments: mining and construction
  • Sell more of what existing customers already buy from us (increase loyalty/share of wallet)
  • Develop relationships and establish sales with new customers (customer white spots)
  • Sell new products to existing customers (product white spots)
  • Work closely with the Customer Center sales personnel
  • Oversee and drive the rental business, working with stakeholders and internal partners for the North America Market
  • Support the National Sales Manager to develop a highly efficient territory management plan for the Underground business
  • Develop new and strengthen existing Epiroc underground customer relations
  • Drive strong price realization through sales price management
  • Ensure stability and predictability in business results, including accurate monthly forecasting and reporting
  • Act as a single point of contact regarding the Order to Delivery process
  • Develop customer quotations according to agreed Price Build Up (PBUs)
  • Accounts receivable management for underground capital invoicing
  • Continuously develop a personal understanding of Epiroc's underground capital offering
  • Work collaboratively across the customer relationship matrix

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the aftermarket equipment, parts, and services field
  • Strong mechanical and technical background
  • Solid understanding of basic and intermediate financial statements and calculations
  • Proven ability to work in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams
  • Experience working across different cultures with respect and adaptability
  • Strong and proven sales track record
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly motivated, hands-on, and committed to achieving results

Language Skills

  • Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in French is considered an asset

Mobility

Willingness and availability to travel up to 30% of the time to customer sites and Epiroc locations across Canada.
