What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and engineers to deliver enhancements and new projects
2. Prepare architectural documents and establish best practices for solutions
3. Conduct unit testing of BI ETL jobs and BI tool reports to ensure data integrity
4. Design and implement security roles and user groups for BI reporting tools
5. Analyze system performance and propose enhancements for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 8+ years of experience in business intelligence development, enhancement, and testing
2. Proficient in creating technical specification documents for ETL packages and BI reports
3. Experience with the development of new BI ETL processes to meet client requirements
4. Strong analytical skills in assessing existing systems and integrating new ETL packages
5. Ability to document processes, quality metrics, and information analysis jobs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with performance tuning and automation strategies for BI applications
2. Familiarity with database scalability, security, and reliability concepts
3. Knowledge of creating dashboards for monitoring and alerting purposes
4. Proven track record in driving BI and automation strategies to track KPIs
