Description
This is an amazing opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join a dynamic and collaborative team in a full-time hybrid setup. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise data models and reporting solutions. You’ll play a vital role in integrating SAP and cloud technologies (AWS), ensuring data accessibility, automation, and performance optimization across the organization. Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements to support enterprise analytics and reporting needs.
• Develop scalable and efficient BI solutions using SAP products, including BW/4HANA and Datasphere.
• Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP sources via SDI, SDA, and ODP for robust reporting.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Develop data pipelines and automation scripts using AWS Glue, Lambda, Athena, and Python.
• Implement SDLC best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Optimize BI environments through performance tuning, capacity planning, and administration.
• Collaborate across technical teams to ensure alignment, resolve production issues, and maintain BI documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of BI development experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere.
• 5+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards connected to SAP and cloud data sources.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for data automation and transformation.
• Expertise in SAP HANA data modeling (views, SQL, ABAP, AMDP, stored procedures).
• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere architecture and integration with SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Experience with BusinessObjects (BOBJ) and working knowledge of AWS data tools is an asset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Solid grasp of software development practices, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and data governance principles.
• University degree in computer science or related discipline.
