Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Business Intelligence and Insights Analyst at the Senior Associate level, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Translate business needs and requirements into designing, building and deploying Microsoft Power BI reports, focusing on telling compelling stories, delivering insights and creating stakeholder value.
Lead by example by designing powerful, elegant, intuitive user-centered content in line with our design standards, and provide improvements to solutions based on own knowledge and feedback from stakeholders.
Assess the data requirements and data quality needed to connect data sources to Microsoft Power BI reports, and where needed test and/or provide effective problem resolutions based on available data.
Support the team in building out underlying data model based in SQL.
Collaborate across multiple product and project teams with practical experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.
Accurately and concisely write user stories and corresponding tasks.
As needed, provide support to internal users that range from coaching on metrics that matter, navigating visualization solution, and troubleshooting dashboards and data sources.
Develop quality assurance protocols that ensure data used in dashboards is continuously reconciled against the source.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Certification or Degree in Analytics, Business Management, Business Analysis, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in data analytics/management reporting or related industries.
Experience in a data visualization tool.
Knowledge in data analytics and visualization platform Microsoft Power BI.
Excellent discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
Consistently message and promote D&A strategy across the business.
Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, researching and analyzing pertinent internal stakeholder, industry, and technical matters.
Communicates clearly and effectively with technical stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable delivering advice and taking feedback in high-pressure environments.
