Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst/Analytics Manager to lead the management and optimization of our Business Intelligence (BI) systems and data analytics initiatives. The successful candidate will analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that drive business performance. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to facilitate growth, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis & Management:
  2. Analyze the workflows and processes of operational teams to determine data sources and dashboard requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  3. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  4. Conduct comprehensive data analysis for migration projects, including extractions, mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
  5. Reporting & Insights:
  6. Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Create, monitor, and support executive internal reports, defining new performance benchmarks and developing in-house analytical tools as required.
  8. Utilize storytelling through dashboards to effectively communicate data insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  9. Forecasting & Performance Tracking:
  10. Assist in forecasting future sales trends based on historical data, market analysis, and current sales activities to drive revenue growth.
  11. Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives and campaigns, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  12. Develop and implement business intelligence and analytic infrastructure to measure the health of the business and optimize resource allocation.
  13. Collaboration & Strategic Decision-Making:
  14. Facilitate stakeholder requirement meetings to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reporting deliverables.
  15. Support cross-functional groups by leveraging analytics and data to answer strategic questions across product, partnerships, sales, marketing, and operations.
  16. Model complex business problems and identify key drivers to guide strategic decisions and maximize profitability.
  17. Technology & Process Improvement:
  18. Identify and implement the right tech stack, driving the adoption of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and maintaining data warehouse technologies.
  19. Leverage insights and opportunities from data and metrics to build strategies that improve processes, automate workflows, and reduce manual tasks.
  20. Ensure effective data governance, accuracy, and consistency across all BI initiatives, facilitating compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business modeling, or a similar role, with a proven track record in driving business insights and performance improvement.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), advanced Excel skills (including Power Query, VBA & Macros), and experience with CRM software.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data and findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
