KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Data Collection & Analysis: Developing and refining processes to gather and analyze data from various sources, uncovering trends, patterns, and insights.
2. Data Validation: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data before diving into detailed analysis.
3. Reporting: Synthesizing information from multiple sources and presenting insights in a compelling way that drives business strategy.
4. Collaboration: Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven insights.
5. Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to evaluate product performance and improve data quality.
6. Market Analysis: Identifying competitive trends and new opportunities to support business growth.
7. AI and Machine Learning: Leveraging advanced technologies to automate analysis processes and build predictive models.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data modeling. Experience with ETL processes, cloud-based storage solutions, and advanced Excel skills are a must. Familiarity with data integration tools and AI-driven analytics is a bonus.
2. Data Optimization: Collaborate with product and internal teams to ensure data pipelines are structured and optimized for reporting and analysis.
3. Analytical Skills: Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and present findings to senior leadership and across departments.
4. Data Visualization and Reporting: Design and create impactful visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Power BI or Tableau that clearly communicate key business insights to stakeholders.
5. Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with business stakeholders across various departments to identify data requirements, address issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent business experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related field.

EXPERIENCE

At least three to five (3-5) years in business intelligence or data analytics roles. Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and updating interactive dashboards and visual reports in both Power BI and Tableau.
