Position Summary: The General Manager at Evolve Enterprises Inc. provides strategic and operational leadership for the Synova Health & Wellness Center, the Synova Café, and the company’s commercial and retail property portfolio. This senior-level role requires a results-driven leader with experience in wellness, hospitality, and commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, oversee operations, and lead all aspects of tenant acquisition and leasing strategy, while working directly with Evolve’s external property management company to ensure all spaces are professionally maintained and aligned with the company’s brand and vision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Growth: Develop and implement business plans for Synova Health & Wellness Center and Synova Café. Identify market opportunities and strategic partnerships to enhance visibility and revenue. Align business initiatives with the long-term goals of Evolve Enterprises Inc. Use data and market insights to support strategic planning and execution.
2. Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of Synova Health & Wellness Center and Synova Café, ensuring service excellence and efficiency. Implement systems and procedures that streamline operations and support compliance. Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve guest experiences and operational outcomes.
3. Leasing Strategy & Property Coordination: Lead commercial and retail leasing efforts, including tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, and onboarding. Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and long-term occupancy. Partner with the external property management company to ensure high standards in property maintenance, lease administration, and regulatory compliance. Act as the key liaison between ownership, tenants, and property managers.
4. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance reporting across all business units. Drive profitability through cost control and revenue growth strategies. Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
5. Marketing & Brand Development: Oversee marketing strategies to grow brand visibility for Synova and the commercial portfolio. Leverage digital platforms, events, and partnerships to attract customers and tenants. Ensure brand consistency across all customer and tenant touchpoints.
6. Team Leadership & Development: Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability across operational teams. Foster a high-performance culture centered on service, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Hire, train, and retain top talent aligned with Evolve’s mission and operational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday
