Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. This role will focus on business and product development while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cabinetry and millwork design and manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and operational excellence.
2. Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and customer base.
3. Oversee product development to ensure innovation and quality align with client needs.
4. Manage daily operations, including production, logistics, and customer service.
5. Ensure efficiency and compliance across all departments.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
7. Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
8. Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or similar industry.
2. Strong background in business development, sales, and operations management.
3. Knowledge of cabinetry and millwork design/manufacturing is highly preferred.
4. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team with excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management.
