Duties:
- Managing all aspects of the restaurant's daily activities, including opening and closing procedures.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and handling any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Managing the restaurant's budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.
- Overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Ensuring that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Handling scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in restaurant management within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to manage a diverse team effectively while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high operational standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,406.80 - $58,200.39 per year
