Duties:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the business operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with public safety and guidelines set by GNB.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure a cohesive team that delivers excellent service.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system to track sales and optimize operational efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain a positive experience.
Skills:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for managing transactions and reporting.
