Business Financial Analyst

Description

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to a major system implementation project. The ideal candidate will have experience in private markets and will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Power BI teams to ensure successful data migration and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to identify and understand business needs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and document requirements for the system implementation.
• Work with Power BI teams to develop and maintain reporting solutions.
• Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain business cases, including expected benefits and ROI.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with the business and technical teams.
• Facilitate agile sessions to articulate business needs and value to delivery squads.
• Ensure delivery commitments are met by removing impediments or escalating issues to management.
• Lead and contribute to business analysis and documentation of solutions.
• Participate in incident resolution and provide support as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
