Business Field Sales Agent

As a Business Field Sales Agent at OSL, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving B2B sales and market penetration within the MDU sales vertical, specifically targeting property management companies and property managers. Reporting to the Sales Team Manager, you'll utilize your passion for sales and customer service to engage with clients, build relationships, and achieve targets in Ontario.

Here’s where you come in:

  • Drive B2B sales and market penetration within the MDU sales vertical through prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement with property management companies and property managers.
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Amazon Key solutions tailored to the property management sector.
  • Perform outbound marketing daily as a key aspect of the role, engaging with potential clients and driving sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to the Sales Team Manager.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance sales performance and efficiency within the property management sector.
  • Represent our partner's brand with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
  • Perform any other duties as required to support team success and achieve sales objectives.

Do you have the keys to success?

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in a field sales or customer-facing role targeting property management companies and property managers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with outbound marketing is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Required to work either in our Mississauga office or on the road 5 days a week (based on business needs).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is required.
