Roles and Responsibilities

Service Development Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound service inquiries via phone, email, and internet leads professionally and efficiently.
  2. Schedule service appointments, optimizing shop load and efficiency.
  3. Conduct outbound calls for service reminders, customer follow-ups, and campaigns.
  4. Provide knowledgeable and credible information to customers regarding service needs and appointments.
  5. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders.
  6. Maintain regular communication with customers to manage their expectations throughout the service process.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns.

Qualifications

  1. 1 - 2 years of experience in an automotive dealership, preferably in a service BDC or sales BDC setting.
  2. Strong knowledge of automotive service and sales processes and terminology.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools.
  7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  8. Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
