Position Description

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a self-motivated, eager, target-driven individual to add to our sales team. The focus of the role is multi-faceted with seeking out new customers/business, building existing services, ensuring quality service, and meeting performance standards for our specialty liquid waste division in Prince George, BC.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Prospect through cold calls, network, and referrals to develop new business, and serve as the lead point for customer management matters.
  2. Negotiate, update, and renew customer contract agreements from E360S customers and grow revenues from existing customers.
  3. Build and continue a high level of customer satisfaction through long-lasting customer relationships.
  4. Communicate and maintain a net positive business approach by carrying out sales targets.
  5. Resolve customer challenges to benefit all parties with corrective measures.
  6. Work jointly with the Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities within territories as directed and assigned.
  7. Implement and promote growth strategies between the customer and E360S using account retention efforts.
  8. Exude a positive attitude and effectively build professional business relationships across a wide range of industries.
  9. Maintain and update customer account files and points of contact for current and prospective customers in a sales CRM accurately and consistently.
  10. Communicate rates for services rendered and understand customer requirements while meeting appropriate profit targets.
  11. Comply with administration and reporting requirements.
  12. Other duties and projects may be assigned.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in sales.
  2. Possess a valid Driver's License and a clear Driver's Abstract. Travel will be required.
  3. Liquid Waste industry experience is a definite asset.
  4. Proven negotiation, presentation, selling, and closing skills.
  5. Proven ability to work independently while being a team player.
  6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM tools (e.g. pipeline CRM).
  7. Must exude an enthusiastic, passionate, and optimistic attitude and a hunger to WIN!
  8. A hunter mindset with an entrepreneurial mentality for finding and closing new business.
  9. Must be driven & determined to achieve sales targets, resilient and not easily discouraged.
  10. Collaborative team player with an unrelenting desire to join a loyal and dedicated team.
  11. Must be able to work remotely effectively and efficiently.
  12. Ability to listen to the needs of the customer while abiding by the company standards.
  13. Partners well with different clients and has patience in dealing with changes.
  14. Prepares quotes, ensures that all items are detailed properly, and pays attention to detail.
  15. Great relationship builder who establishes strong alliances with customers, vendors, and all stakeholders.
