Job description

Our client seeks skilled and dynamic sales professionals in the Calgary and Vancouver area. The individual will offer technical support and devise scaffolding solutions, while growing the brand in the area and maintaining commitment to excellence in execution and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The sales expert will play a pivotal role in amplifying our client’s market footprint and will be responsible for optimizing sales and fostering business growth.

Your new role

  1. Supports the creation and execution of the construction scaffolding strategy for the country
  2. Develop the awareness & the mindset for the new business area scaffolding
  3. Drive the strategic target setting for the construction scaffolding segment together with the Managing Director and the local sales team
  4. Build up a network within the country of relevant stakeholders and construction contacts
  5. Screen business potentials by analyzing the market with the focus on different customer groups (existing and new) as well as projects
  6. Ensure the whole sales process for construction scaffolding

What you'll need to succeed

A bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, construction, or structural engineering)

5–7 years of related experience in scaffolding, concrete forming and shoring applications and design is an asset.
