Position Overview:

  • Responsible for supporting a KAM to grow our Canadian Retail accounts with a focus on the largest accounts including Loblaws
    • Manage day-to-day relationships
    • Develop sales materials and pitch decks for new launches at line reviews
    • Monitor and optimize trade investments
    • Sales forecasting – developing monthly forecasts based on retail sales and providing updates to the vendors that produce our products.
  • Support brokers and field staff as they manage major accounts.
  • Prepare sample shipments and item set-up documents for new products and major accounts.
  • Compile and distribute reports and information related to key accounts.
  • Support the development and execution of trade marketing programs, such as new displays and customer merch programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, College diploma, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years related experience in a similar role working with Loblaws, Sobeys, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart and their backend systems, is a plus.
  • Strong team player with persuasive communication skills
  • Experience in reviewing and optimizing promotional investments including working with our market insights analyst to ensure data driven decision making
  • CPG and/or coffee industry experience is a plus
