Business Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative from the Home Décor, Furniture Industry. The sales representative will be responsible for developing new business in different channels.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling and Following up with Leads.
2. Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
3. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
4. Researching and qualifying new leads.
5. Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience of successful selling in Home Décor Industry.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Good organizational skills and the ability to Travel; Multi-Task.
5. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
6. Strong listening and sales skills.
7. Ability to achieve targets & budgets.
