Location: Prince George, BC; Vernon, BC

YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for highly motivated Business Development Representatives in Prince George or Vernon, BC to drive our sales growth. If you have a passion for sales and a hunger for success, we want you on our team! YOUR IMPACT

  • Make 75+ outbound B2B calls per day, reaching decision-makers and building lasting relationships.
  • Master the art of storytelling to engage prospects, overcome objections, and secure meetings.
  • Drive new business by securing appointments with key decision-makers—essential for our growth.
  • Track your success with accurate CRM records and reporting.
  • Meet and exceed expectations by consistently securing 2 appointments daily, growing to 4 by your 5th month.

THIS IS YOU

  • Self-starter mentality with a drive to exceed targets and outperform the competition.
  • Experience in outbound calling—experience in insurance or group benefits is a major bonus.
  • Strong communicator—whether on the phone or in writing, you know how to connect with people.
  • Fast on your feet, adaptable, and eager to solve problems as they arise.
  • Tech-savvy, able to leverage new tools to stay ahead of the game.

THIS IS NICE

  • B2B Sales experience, particularly in insurance or group benefits.
  • Familiarity with outbound calling and lead generation techniques.
  • CRM experience is an asset.

COMPENSATION

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary for this position is $50,000. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This reflects the annual base salary only and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential commissions that we proudly offer.
