We have an exciting opportunity. You will support Factory Automation top line growth in Hub/countries. This role will support North American Hub to drive TIA System, SCADA, and OT2IT strategy into the regions and support corresponding sales organizations to drive sales measures.

The successful candidate will be performance-driven with a keen talent for building relationships at all levels.

What will you do?

  • Assist in driving Factory Automation products strategy into the regions and support corresponding SSPs to drive sales measures.
  • Assist in volume/piece count responsibility for SCADA, OT2IT, and TIA Systems offering (hub region targets/sales).
  • Assist in reviewing Factory Automation product pipeline (key projects/customers) and support RCs to win projects to drive hardware pull-through (incl. required pre-sales support e.g. tender specifications system architectures, etc.).
  • Support in target customer visits and value-based product presentations, generate success stories/references.
  • Support in driving Regional Country to grow partner ecosystem SCADA/OT2IT/TIA (selection-qualification-onboarding).
  • Support in Consultive Selling approach for SCADA/OT2IT/TIA offering to increase regional country’s “win rate.”
  • Foster close collaboration and alignment with other sales activities in sales region (Verticals/RMs/TIA BD).
  • Collect market and customer requirements feedback.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of industry and market in Factory Automation.
  • Knowledge of overall Siemens Industrial portfolio is an asset.
  • Sales driven, dynamic, entrepreneurial, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to promote value and customer relationships.
  • Understands business plans and business development processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen in balancing customer and business requirements, i.e., financial, strategic & tactical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate in a team environment.
