Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new condominium management opportunities and fostering relationships with property developers, owners, and real estate agents to expand our presence in the market while driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic, client-focused approach and the ability to deliver on our promise of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new condominium management opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
  3. Conduct market analysis to identify growth areas, assess competition, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  4. Develop and present tailored proposals and contracts that align with client needs and highlight our value.
  5. Negotiate service contracts, terms, and pricing with potential clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery for new clients.
  7. Represent Sanderson Management at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  8. Track progress toward business development goals, providing regular updates and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Proven experience in business development or property management.
  3. Familiarity with condominium management services and industry trends.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  6. Demonstrated success in generating new business and closing deals in a competitive market.
