Our growing Rally division specializes in websites, apps and communication software for K-12 school districts and schools. Our products are used by over 60% of the school divisions in Alberta and we have clients across Canada and into the USA.

About The Role
As our Business Development Manager you will be instrumental in designing Rally's sales processes from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include creating, implementing and executing our sales plan while continuously assessing and recommending processes and staffing requirements to support ongoing success. You will conduct thorough research on K-12 markets across Canada and the USA, developing effective market entry strategies. You will build connections with decision-makers in target markets as you pitch our products and secure new business opportunities.
Our team works on a hybrid model, with a mixture of in-office days at our headquarters in Sherwood Park, AB and optional remote work days. The position will involve some travel within North America.
