As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts and support our mission of delivering reliable, top-tier security and installation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for both security and low voltage services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Create and implement strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Attend local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and sales (preferably in security or technical services).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable with hybrid work (on-site and remote).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset.

$41,566.30 - $128,420.03 per year
Additional Pay:
Bonus pay, Commission pay

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
