Job Responsibilities

A Real Estate Associate is the entry-level position into the dynamic and interesting world of Commercial Real Estate. Commercial Bankers at TD are trusted financial advisors to their clients. As a Commercial Real Estate Banker, you will work closely with a variety of mid-market businesses to help them reach their goals, and in the process enable TD to thrive and grow. Specific responsibilities include:

1. Structuring financing packages to meet companies' credit needs.
2. Providing companies with a myriad of other banking products and services they require to run their businesses effectively.

Job Requirements

• Your training will involve on-site mentoring with an Account Manager in one of our Real Estate Units as well as several classroom courses. Real Estate lending provides a unique opportunity to combine both your relationship/sales and financial/analytical skills. Your career path can lead to more senior positions within our Real Estate locations that require more complex analysis and structuring of credits.
• You have or are working towards a graduate/undergraduate degree in business.
• You are a motivated achiever with proven analytical and interpersonal skills. You work well independently in a team environment.
