The Business and Finance Administrator oversees and manages all business-related activities within the programs to ensure the successful achievement of goals, objectives and outcomes outlined in guidelines and contract agreements. The role is responsible for the administration, implementation, financial and technical related duties for the programs, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and fee-for-service expectations. Working collaboratively as part of the team, the Business and Finance Administrator plays a key role in contributing to quality service delivery and achievement of program goals while maintaining an effective working relationship with the community and in accordance with the Mission and Policies of YWCA Toronto.
Skills Development Centre provides vocational and non-vocational strength-based programs, and offers a wide range of products and services both locally and nationally to individuals and organizations. Products and services can be purchased and/or are free (fully sponsored or subsidized). YWCA Toronto’s Education and Training Institute is a vocational college registered with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities offering two certified programs: Professional Office Administration Certificate and Professional Office Administration Diploma. Moving On To Success is an employment training program for low income women and gender diverse people, some of whom may experience domestic violence or who are at risk of abuse.
