Our client is seeking a Business Analyst for IT Support Management to join their growing team. This candidate should have strong experience in working with ITIL Service Management processes.
Qualifications:
Experience with computerized quantitative and analytical tools (e.g., data modeling, workflows, and business process analysis) and with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
Certification in ITIL V3 Intermediate (Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operations module) is an asset or ITIL V4.
Strong experience in using process improvement frameworks including LEAN. Certification in LEAN or equivalent experience in process improvement and optimization initiatives would be an asset.
Strong experience in managing and leading operations readiness to support the transition of projects to operations; project management experience preferred.
