Our client is seeking a Business Analyst for IT Support Management to join their growing team. This candidate should have strong experience in working with ITIL Service Management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with computerized quantitative and analytical tools (e.g., data modeling, workflows, and business process analysis) and with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
  • Certification in ITIL V3 Intermediate (Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operations module) is an asset or ITIL V4.
  • Strong experience in using process improvement frameworks including LEAN. Certification in LEAN or equivalent experience in process improvement and optimization initiatives would be an asset.
  • Strong experience in managing and leading operations readiness to support the transition of projects to operations; project management experience preferred.
