Job Description

Primary Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferably in financial services (consumer, banking, captive finance).

• Experience and knowledge:
  • Business analyst and/or project analyst within the financial services sector
  • Lending terminology, systems, and/or its practices.
  • Automotive leasing is a plus.

What are some of the things they will be doing?
The business analysts would benefit from skills in the following areas:

• Analyzing business requests for system and/or procedural changes in origination, lending, payments, call center, bill collection.
• Writing business requirements and other business-related documents.
• Planning and executing projects, both small and medium.
• Researching and mapping business processes/developing process flows.
• Analyzing and updating reports.
• Planning, conducting, and documenting meetings on a range of topics within the above activities.
• Performing data entry, validation, and analysis.
• Researching production-related open tickets to replicate and resolve with the assistance of cross-departmental resources.

Secondary Skills or Experience:
MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, Visio
