Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations with a focus on Project Management (PM) and Accounting modules. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize the use of Dynamics 365 in improving project management and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze current business processes in project management and accounting, identifying areas for improvement through Dynamics 365 implementation.
  2. Gather and document detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the PM and Accounting modules.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, finance teams, and end-users to understand their needs and challenges.
  4. Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client's PM and Accounting requirements.
  5. Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases.
  6. Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify where standard Dynamics 365 functionality meets business needs and where customizations may be required.
  7. Work closely with technical consultants to ensure proper implementation of PM and Accounting module configurations.
  8. Provide guidance and support during testing, training, and go-live phases of implementation projects.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of PM and Accounting modules.
  10. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365, particularly in PM and Accounting functionalities.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with configuration experience being a significant advantage.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
  3. Strong knowledge of Project Management and Accounting processes and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in Warranty module configuration and customization, while understanding of related modules such as Service Management and Asset Management.
  5. Knowledge of D365 F&O data structures and integration points.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Experience in creating detailed functional requirement documents and process flows.
  9. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
  2. Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  3. Knowledge of integration between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
  4. Experience in multiple full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations.

As a Business Analyst also working on their proprietary warranty solution, you should have the following:

  • Functional Skills:
    • Strong grasp of warranty business processes and best practices.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
    • Experience in process mapping and optimization.
  • Project Skills:
    • Requirements gathering and documentation.
    • Solution design and testing.
    • User training and support.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with warranty practices in relevant industries (e.g., manufacturing).
