Senior Business Analyst:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experienced in the public sector.
2. A strategic thinker who can also get into the nitty-gritty of business requirements and technical API details.
3. A strong communicator and facilitator, capable of working with both business and technical teams.
4. Proficient in Agile methodology and has worked in environments involving API integrations (RESTful/SOAP).
5. Comfortable with data analytics, creating performance measurement frameworks, and supporting decision-making.
6. Strong at building consensus, leading workshops, and managing multiple stakeholders.
