Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our eForms COE team. The ideal candidate will be assigned to one project at a time and will collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create user stories and data requirements documents (DFRs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and designers to create and manage user stories and DFRs.
• Work with various business teams, including process teams, legal, compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) departments.
• Ensure dynamic logic is applied to forms based on business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including QAs, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Provide support across different LOBs, tailoring forms to meet specific needs.
• Maintain a hybrid role, balancing business and technical aspects of projects.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate-level experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to ask questions and push back when necessary.
• Experience working with forms and understanding niche areas related to forms management.
• Comfortable working with process teams, legal, compliance, and AML departments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with dynamic logic and data requirements documents.
