Education And Experience

Must Have

1. Previous experience with large system implementations of COTS and custom applications as senior business analyst/lead.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with agile frameworks and user centered design.

1. Requirements Management.
2. Requirements elicitation.
3. User Story documentation.
4. Business Process Workflow Modeling.
5. Test Planning.
6. Requirements Traceability.
7. Technical and non-technical documentation.
8. Workshop facilitation.
9. Journey Mapping.
10. Capability Mapping.
11. Product support design.
12. Other tasks as assigned by IT Program.
