What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide business systems support and expertise in business support areas
2. Assist in coordinating production support activities for financial applications
3. Support quality assurance efforts, including unit testing and production deployment
4. Participate in the application support cycle as part of a Tier 2 support team
5. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external counterparts

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 15 years as a Business Analyst in various organizations
2. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience working with data management applications
3. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in production support activities with end users
4. Demonstrated experience with backlog grooming and prioritization
5. University Degree or College Diploma in business administration, finance, computer science, or any other related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification in Business Analysis (CCBA), or other relevant professional designations
2. Demonstrated experience working within a financial market environment
3. Experience working with S&P Global Market Intelligence Enterprise Data Management (formerly Markit EDM)
4. French language proficiency would be an asset
