Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Leveraging data to extract, clean, and transform information from diverse sources.
2. Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that offer stakeholders a clear understanding of key performance indicators, trends, and patterns.
3. Through collaborative engagement with stakeholders, ensure that deliverables align closely with organizational objectives, facilitating informed decisions.
4. Deliver clean data and generate actionable insights to support the Business division.

Qualifications:

1. Clear understanding (spoken and written) of the English Language.
2. Good communication skills and quick learner.
3. Understanding of Canadian Geography (mapping of addresses, business names, and registries).
4. Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8 am-8 pm Eastern Standard Time; weekends only required in rare situations.
5. Remote work; required to travel to the office only for technical issues related to laptop, network, tools, etc.
6. Recommended: Understanding of data platforms and tools (e.g., SQL, Python, AI algorithms, Excel, etc.).
