BUSINESS ANALYST

We have a permanent full-time position for a Business Analyst in Montreal. The person must have experience and be comfortable working in both French and English.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the VP Implementation and working in collaboration with the team and project office, the main responsibilities of the “Business Analyst” position will be the implementation of automation projects. This includes:

1. Analysis and writing of specifications:

• Conduct exploratory analyses in partnership with the marketing team;
• Hold information-gathering workshops with customers;
• Analyze customer needs while knowing how to recommend best practices and delivery standards;
• Write functional specifications in specification format and change requests;

• Present specifications for internal and customer approval;
• Transfer technical requirements to development and production team;
• Actively participate in optimizing delivery processes;
• Ensure that processes and information transfers are carried out to the highest standard;

• Prepare and deliver customer training courses;
• Accompany customers through functional acceptance and production release testing;
• Transfer customers in production to the support team;

REQUIREMENTS

The desired candidate possesses:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Management or other related field.
2. 2-3 years’ experience in 2 or more of the following fields:

• Accounting processes;
• Electronic Document Management;
• Business analysis;
• Business Process Automation;
• Digital Transformation;
• ERP solutions implementation;

Salary commensurate with experience.

Full-time position Monday to Friday with a 37.5-hour work week with team scrum.

Remote or hybrid work available (downtown Montreal).
