iA Financial Group is constantly seeking to improve its customer experience by initiating significant digital changes, including the introduction of a CRM tool. Our team is responsible for implementing, supporting, and evolving the Salesforce Financial Service Cloud CRM solution across various business sectors. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.
Your experience as a BA for Salesforce within the CRM Program Center of Expertise will allow you to be part of a high-performing, creative, and agile team. You will be responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of CRM deployments, support, and the proper evolution of the solution.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Maintain the vision and detailed roadmap.
- Transform the roadmap into a refined backlog of epics and stories in collaboration with stakeholders, prioritized according to business value and feasibility.
- Keep up to date with latest trends and technology and identify opportunities for innovation – be aligned with the iA corporate roadmap.
- Understand the strategy, challenges, and operational reality of the line of business we support to guide IT teams in the development of innovative and efficient solutions that meet business strategic objectives.
- Work collaboratively with business analysts and solution architects.
- Engage in Agile planning activities – manage dependencies with other projects and regularly communicate updates and key milestones to stakeholders ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Help build and maintain the roadmap for the Line of Business in collaboration with the line of business journey owner.
Skills Required:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Data Management: Proficiency in managing and interpreting data, with a strong understanding of data modeling and database management.
- Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including its features, functionalities, and best practices for customization and integration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and document requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address business challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies, including SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to help manage timelines and deliverables.
Experience:
- Business Analysis: Several years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the same industry.
- Salesforce Projects: Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, customization, and optimization projects.
- Process Improvement: Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working closely with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management.
- Documentation: Experience in creating detailed business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
